2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for first respondent and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for second respondent. 3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to shift the TASMAC Shop No.6753 located in S.No.219/3D1A Maruthakudi Village, Kundagavayal, Aranthangi Taluk to any other far place as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order bearing Na.Ka.J4/421/2017, dated 04.07.2017 passed by the first respondent herein.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader and learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent seek time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Additional Government Pleader and learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 01.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
