ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that third respondent is the wife of the petitioner, with whom his marriage was held on 11.05.2025. Within six months of marriage, certain indifferences had crept in between them, as a result of which, she had given a complaint before the second respondent police, following which, the petitioner was required to appear before the second respondent Police and he had appeared before the second respondent police on 18.12.2025. During enquiry, the second respondent police is compelling the petitioner to settle the matter by making a onetime payment to the third respondent and hence, this petition. 2/4
