Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. 3. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
