ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of A.S.No.65 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai.

2. A perusal of the B-Diary extract indicates that the appeal is posted under the caption 'for arguments' from 24.08.2021 onwards. 1/3

Considering the pendency of the appeal for the past two years in the argument stage, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.65 of 2017 on or before 30.09.2023.

3. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
