Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records pertaining to notice bearing Na.Ka.No. 2651/2017/A6 dated 06.01.2018 from the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the respondents not to disturb the possession of the petitioner in S.F.No. 712 of Koduvilarpatti Village, Gopalapuram, Theni District which had been classified as Natham Poramboke and quash the same.

2.This review petition has been filed to review the order of this Court dated 23.02.2018 passed in W.P.(MD).No.1081 of 2018. 3.After elaborately hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perusing the grounds raised herein, we are of the considered view that there are no grounds to review the order passed in the writ petition, as there is no error apparent on the face of the order passed in the writ petition. Therefore, the review petition is dismissed. However, the Official respondents are directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law. No costs.
