SUDALAIYANDI , Advocate for the Petitioner , this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, seeking extension of one month time to dispose of the petition in RLTOP.No.81 of 2020.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case also the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, by one month and accordingly, it is extended by one month from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
