ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under section 306 of IPC in Crime No.367 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased Chellappan committed suicide with dying declaration in writing stating that the petitioner and one Arumugam and his wife Muthulakshmi are the reason for his death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is pending and to find out the truth the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much necessary and therefore, he strongly opposed to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the investigation is pending and the alleged occurrence is a recent one, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
