(MD) No. 4517 of 2016 on 17.04.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SAMIDURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit on instructions that the petitioner is complying with the weekly condition imposed by this Court regularly from 06.05.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
