Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJEDNRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time imposed by the order, dated 23.03.2016 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5029 of 2016 passed by this Court, permitting the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. Further, the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 23.03.2016 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5029 of 2016 on or before 27.04.2016, failing which, this petition stands dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
