ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking order to quash the case in P.R.C.No.191 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy, in connection with Crime No.1320 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today (i.e. 06.12.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the above case was committed to the Sessions Court in S.C.No.21 of 2021 and after trial, the accused were acquitted, including the petitioner herein, vide judgment dated 05.10.2021 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 06.12.2022 das 2/4
