This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1 to 3 respondents so as not to harass the petitioners, in a civil dispute on the complaint of the fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed and hence, there is no question of interference in the civil dispute. He would further submit that the respondent police has not harassed to the petitioner. 4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
