RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23585 of 2015 dated 11.12.2015 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.MATHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 24/12/2015.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11/12/2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23585 of 2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
