This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent to grant police protection to the petitioner as well as the property of the petitioner in Patta no.525 in Survey No.134/2B3 in Nellupattu Village, Kattukuruchi Panchayat, Thanjavur District.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to her and as well as her property . Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
