RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 4413 of 2016 dated 28.03.2016 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHEVAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4413 of 2016, dated 28.03.2016.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, vide order dated 28.03.2016, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4413 of 2016, imposed a condition to the effect that she should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner has executed sureties before the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for E.C. and N.D.P.S. Act Cases, Pudukkottai on 30.03.2016 and she has been regularly complying with the condition from 31.03.2016 onwards. He also submitted that since the petitioner is residing at Manapparai, she is not in a position to travel from Manapparai to Trichy, to comply with the condition. Therefore, she prays that the condition may be relaxed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor contended that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 04.04.2016.
4. In view of the above stated circumstances, this petition is ordered and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, daily morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
