ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned orders dated 20.01.2020 and 09.07.2019 and consequently forbear the respondents from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's right to carry on platform vending through platform vendors who have been duly authorized for the period upto 19.06.2021 at Nagercoil Railway Station.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner's license period is already over. Subsequently, the license is granted to another person.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
