ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.146 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi and O.S.No.7 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif, Paramakudi pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent under the pretext of enquiry on the 4th respondent's complaint. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.3089 of 2022 respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed for the reason that both the parties undertake not to indulge in any law and order issue on 08.04.2022.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the 4th respondent has filed Cr.M.P.No.305 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. and the same was ordered. However, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between petitioner and the 4th respondent. It is also made clear that if any direction is issued by the learned Magistrate, the third respondent is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
