2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against the respondents 3 to 18 stating that her husband had borrowed money from the respondents 3 to 18 and that they asked her to repay amount and abused her using filthy language with criminal intimidation. He would further submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in Current paper No.02/G2/PS/2020. He would further submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, due enquiry will be conducted within a week and appropriate action will be taken.
