2.Today(26.02.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader by referring to the proceedings of the Joint Transport Commissioner (Admin) i/c in R.No.49409/RA1/2025, dated 26.02.2026 submits that the request of this petitioner to include his name in the promotion panel for the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector (Non-Technical) was considered and 2/5
