O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and her children life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 15.02.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by registered post based on which an enquiry has been initiated in CSR No. 76 of 2020. He would further submit that after sending the representation, the petitioner has not appeared in person, due enquiry will be conducted after notice to the counter parties and appropriate action will be taken. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
