This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to complete the proceedings in Letter Na.Ka.No.9196/Ne Pe 7/1/2022, dated 15.02.2021 and direct the fourth respondent via third respondent to furnish the entire medical records ie., ECHO, ECG, Summary, Pre-Operation Tests Reports, Discharge Summary etc., in the light of the representation, dated 05.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the Tamil Nadu Medical Council conducted an enquiry and passed an order that there is no medical negligence in the case and further action dropped.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the stand taken by the Tamil Nadu Medical Council, he can proceed in the manner known to law.
