O R D E R

The petitioner has challenged the impugned show cause notice dated 05.05.2025 issued by the first respondent pursuant to the order dated 02.05.2025 passed by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already submitted a reply dated 12.06.2025 to the impugned show cause notice.

3. When questioned, the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent would submit that though a reply has been submitted, no orders have been passed so far.

4. In such circumstances, since the petitioner has already submitted a reply to the show cause notice, the question of quashing the same at this stage does not arise. However, the respondent shall consider the petitioner's reply before passing any order pursuant to the impugned show cause notice.
