This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to give police protection for the petitioner from one of cable operator namely Mr.Aravind and other cable operator of the in and around the Bodinayakanoor upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.12.2014.

2.The petitioners seek police protection on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2014. Now, nearly 4 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
