RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 6948 of 2017 dated 14.06.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD). No.6948 of 2017, dated 14.06.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court by order dated 14.06.2017 directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the said order copy was made ready. The petitioner failed to appear before the concerned Magistrate within the stipulated time. Hence, the copy of the order is produced in which it is stated that the copy of the order was made ready on 21.06.2017 and the present petition is filed in time i.e on 05.07.2017.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for extension of time, this petition is ordered. Time for executing the order passed in Crl.O.P (MD).No.6948 of 2017, dated 14.06.2017 is extended for a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one week, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. The other conditions remains un-altered.
