The petitioner further submitted representations dated 22.12.2025 and 26.12.2025 requesting grant of patta. However, no action has been taken till date. Therefore, the petitioner has been constrained to file the present Writ Petition.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representations would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the second respondent within a period of sixteen weeks.

6. Recording the above submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.12.2025 and 26.12.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from Page No. 3 of 5
