RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6810 of 2017 on 07.06.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SAMIDURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 13.06.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the daily condition imposed by this Court regularly from 20.06.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. The petitioner charged for the offences under Sections 463,467,471,474, 498(A) and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.1154 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
