This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to conduct a proper survey in the petitioner's land in S.F.No.283/1B measuring to an extent of 0.31.5 ares and 78 cents situated at Mullaikadu 1 village, Mullaikadu, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's application dated 11.11.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the aforementioned property. He has submitted an application with the respondents requesting them to survey and demarcate the boundaries for the aforementioned property on 11.11.2021. Along with his application, he has also submitted the sale deed and kist receipt to show that he is the owner. Since the application, dated 11.11.2021 has not been considered till date, he has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Heard Mr.R.Jegadeeswaran, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that on payment of necessary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.3150 of 2022 charges, the petitioner's property will be surveyed after giving notice to the petitioner as well as other rival claimants, if any. The said statement is recorded.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to survey and demarcate the land comprised in S.F.No.283/1B measuring to an extent of 0.31.5 ares and 78 cents situated at Mullaikadu 1 village, Mullaikadu, Thoothukudi, after giving notice to the petitioner and other rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
