RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD). No.3320 of 2016 vide its order dated 24.2.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.SAMUEL GUNASINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3320 of 2016, dated 24.02.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that the petitioner executed the bond on 12.03.2016 and complying with the condition from 14.03.2016 and the petitioner has not complied the condition only on 13.03.2016.

3.Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition on 13.03.2016, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
