This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.311 of 2014 dated 19/11/2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.251 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
