No.4468 of 2016 vide its order dated 24.3.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI for Defacto Complainant for the third Respondent and MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 4th Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the order of anticipatory bail granted in favour of the respondents 2 to 4 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4468 of 2016, dated 24.03.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 to 4 on the ground that the respondents 2 to 4 have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court and they have not executed the sureties before the court concerned.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners executed the sureties before the concerned Court on 06.04.2016 and they are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 21.04.2016, till now.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail is dismissed.
