Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner filed C.M.A.No.1 of 2018 before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni. It was allowed on 25.02.2020 with cost of Rs.50,000/- payable by the third respondent. This writ petition has been filed for directing the third respondent to pay the said cost amount. For enforcing the order of the Co-operative Tribunal, the petitioner has to take recourse to the procedure laid down in the statute. Filing this writ petition is misconceived.

3.This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
