ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. 2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the case in Crime No.437 of 2012 was registered by the respondent Police against one Ponraj for the commission of the offences under Sections 341,431, 447 & 506(i) IPC and after due investigation, the same has been closed as mistake of fact on 11.10.2013.
3.In the light of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal original petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to serve notice on the referred charge sheet upon the petitioner / defacto complainant within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such receipt of the closer report, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
