Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the monetary benefits in the cadre of Assistant with effect from 26.10.2015 as per the promotion order issued by the 1st respondent dated 26.10.2015 and release the Special Grade arrears i.e.3% with effect from 09.09.2011 as per G.O.Ms.47 Tourism and HR & CE Department dated 09.02.2015 with all consequential benefits.

ORDER:- This Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR..S.MANOHAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.AK.BASKARAPANDIAN, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: (Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J) It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the order passed in the above Writ Appeal has been complied with already.

WA(MD). No.50 of 2019 2.However, the said contention is disputed by the learned counsel for the first respondent. If the first respondent is having any grievance with regard to the compliance said to have been made by the appellant, it is for him to file a Contempt Petition.

3.Accordingly, no further order is required in this Writ Appeal.
