The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to lay the road to Keela Senthanenthal Village, R.S.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering his representation dated 24.10.2025, in accordance with law. 2/5

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the proposal is pending consideration before the Rural Development Department and that the same shall be duly considered within a stipulated time frame.

3. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 24.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
