ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner.
2.Heard Mr.V.A.Dhana Aravindha Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the properties in Survey Nos.140/28, 140/32 and 140/29 situated at Nainarpettai Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District. Subsequently, patta has been issued in favour of some third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
parties in respect of the above said properties. Hence, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent, District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai District. The first respondent, in turn, forwarded the same to the second respondent on 03.01.2018 to conduct enquiry and now, the matter is pending before the second respondent. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal.
4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to all the interested parties. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
