respondent to enhance and fix fair compensation of the award amount for the punja lands acquired by the second respondent dated 16.05.2018, comprising in Survey Nos.299/4, 299/5, 299/6A, 299/6B, 300/1A and Survey No.300/1B to the total extent of lands consisting of 13465 square meters situated at Thethuppatty Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, by taking into consideration of the market value of the lands situated in and around the areas by considering the petitioner's representation sent to the 1st respondent dated 15.01.2021 within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
