Respondent/Respondent Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in order dated 30.12.2019 in Crl.OP (MD)No.19544 of 2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MEENAKSHI RAMA PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.M.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.19544 of 2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19544 of 2019 on 30/12/2019 regularly, and they pray for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19544 of 2019 on 30/12/2019 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.1931 of 2020 relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
