ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that there is life threat to the petitioner and her family members. It is stated that the third respondent is a money lender. The petitioner's husband borrowed a sum of Rs.75,000/- from the third respondent for interest at the rate of 2%. Now, the third respondent claimed 10% interest and is torturing the petitioner. The petitioner already filed a complaint on 07.12.2020, subsequently, she filed another complaint on 17.02.2021 and recently, she filed a complaint on 20.02.2021. The third respondent and her henchmen attacked the petitioner. The petitioner was admitted in Thiruvarur Government Hospital. The petitioner has already paid Rs.49,000/-.
The third respondent is claiming exorbitant interest and prayed for police protection. 3.On the side of the respondents it is stated that the third respondent lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the same was entrusted to the second respondent. The compliant of the third respondent is that she entrusted her jewels to the petitioner and the petitioner pledged the same in Pandian Grama Bank and the complaint is pending for enquiry in CSR.No.114 of 2021 against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.It is seen that there is a complaint and counter complaint pending before the second respondent and there is allegation and counter allegation. In the above circumstances, there is nothing sufficient enough to provide police protection to the petitioner. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
