This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his son in the name of enquiry as the matter was already enquired and closed by the Oomatchikulam Police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is not harassed by the respondent police and the complaint has been given only against the petitioner's son.

4. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed.
