For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.111 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 111 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. On account of the attack by this petitioner and other accused, the victim lost four of his teeth.

4.The learned Government Advocate points out that the petitioner is having four previous cases. There are as follows: i) Cr.No.07/2011,Cr.No.14/2014, Cr.No.22/2017, and Cr.No.16/2019 on the file of the Meemisal Police Station, Pudukottai District. The petitioner is also figuring in the local history sheet maintained by the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.4240 of 2020 5.Taking note of the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
