ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.13 of 2021 dated 14.01.2021 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 13 of 2021 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur and the same has been taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.2 of 2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
