ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2023, dated 07.01.2023 from the 3rd respondent to any other investigating officer for fair investigation.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur in C.C.No.87 of 2023 and it is posted for hearing on 22.06.2023.

4. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial process within the time stipulated 2/4

as per Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
