PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the revision petition preferred by the petitioner dated 15.12.2025 under Section 114 of HR and CE Act within a time limit as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the revision petition preferred by the petitioner dated 15.12.2025 under Section 114 of HR and CE Act within a time limit as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/5

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred a revision to the first respondent 15.12.2025. However, he would submit that since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on considering the revision of the petitioner, necessary orders would be passed within a period of four months.

5. Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the revision of the petitioner dated 15.12.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear such order shall be passed after hearing the respondents 3 and 4 and other interested parties, if any. No costs.
