Petition filed under Section 482 r/w 439(i)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the order in so far as the condition stipulated in Crl.M.P.No.4473 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, dated 16.11.2022, so far as the imposition of condition No.6 (ii)-The petitioners are order to be permit to sign at the respondent police station, there is a possibility of another dispute. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall report before the Uthamapalayam Police Station, daily at 11.00 a.m., until further orders and may be pleased to modify the same as to petitioners report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Andipatti.

CRL MP(MD). No.3001 of 2023 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20683 of 2022 dated 23.11.2022.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni.
4. Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before concerned Court on 08.03.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
