ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to issue non-traceable certificate to the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.07.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint before the third respondent for loss of his SSLC Certificate. The said complaint is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue non-traceable certificate to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.3209 of 2022 petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
