ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2023 pertaining to the property in Shop No.67, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Jamburapuram Market, Goripalayam, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, current paper is pending and that though both the parties had appeared on 04.02.2023, subsequently, they have not appeared on 11.02.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue 2/4

summons to the concerned parties to appear before them and on receipt of the summons, both the parties are directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry by following the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
