************ [Judgment of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J.] Heard Mr.AN.Ramanathan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and perused the materials placed before this Court. 2.This Writ Appeal has been preferred against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.9014 of 2019, dated 15.04.2019. 3.Since it is a consent order, we find no reason to interfere with the same. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed, with liberty to the appellant to move the same Judge, for reviewing the earlier order made in the Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
