This petition is filed for direction to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the fourth respondent to transfer the file of the FIR in Crime No.54 of 2014 pending on the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the third respondent for further investigation based on the petitioner's complaint in the form of representations dated 14.07.2015 and 16.03.2015 made to the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that already the case in Crime No.54 of 2014 on the file of the fourth respondent police has been closed as Action Dropped and RCS also filed before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
