The challenge in this appeal is to an interim order granted in a writ proceedings. We are of the view that the appellants can as well apply for vacating the interim order. Leaving open the appellant's contentions, we dismiss the writ appeal. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
