This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 295 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment made in M.C.O.P.No.2211 of 2023 dated 16.12.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, the Special District Court, Madurai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order and further directed to print the name of Mr.S.Mohamed Kadhar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 at the time of listing the main appeal for admission.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve papers on the learned counsel appearing for the respondents forthwith.
