Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. JEGADEESHPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 24.06.2017 to 02.07.2017 and thereafter, he failed to appear before the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the medical certificate in which he has stated that the petitioner is not fit to travel for a period of two months since he had completed radiotherapy and is on oral chemotherapy at Sri Ramakrishna Hospital in Coimbatore.

4. Considering the medical grounds, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. sd/- 12/07/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
